Approach
As a therapist I bring my authentic self to every session. This means I am curious, transparent, and most likely light-hearted and silly at times. I believe healing can begin when a therapeutic relationship is built and nurtured and my main goal is to create a safe space for all of my clients.
My clinical approach to therapy includes Attachment Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-focused, and many more.
I work with every client to develop an individualized plan to best fit their needs.
